JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to manage end-to-end air cargo shipments, coordinate with carriers and clients, and ensure timely delivery of goods worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air cargo shipments
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients
- Prepare and process shipping documents (AWB, customs declarations)
- Track shipments and communicate status updates proactively
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in air freight operations
- Knowledge of IATA regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
